Job Description

A growing control panel manufacturing business that has been in operation for over 30 years supplying the food & beverage and refrigeration industries is now looking for a Graduate Controls Engineer to join their business.

    • Reporting to the Engineering Manager and Senior Controls Engineer. You as a Graduate Controls Engineer will help assist on current and future projects. Where you will work to meet project milestones.

    Some of your other responsibilities as Graduate Controls Engineer include:

  • Assisting on projects from the beginning of lifecycle to end
  • Work part of a multi-skilled project team.
  • Working from key documentation (FDS, Manuals)
  • Designing and coding PLC, SCADA and HMI system software
  • Electrical Designs using CAD packages

    • I am keen to speak to candidates that have any of the following experience as a Graduate Controls Engineer

  • A relevant qualification (HNC/HND) or (BEng or Bsc) in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Controls and Automation or similar
  • PLC, SCADA and HMI experience (Siemens TIA Portal Wincc) and Rockwell FactoryTalk)
  • AutoCAD or Eplan experience
  • Full clean Driver’s licence
