A leading housing organisation in North London London is looking for a Repairs Co-Ordinator to primarily support the void process. Focus will be on assisting the contractors and Assets Inspectors with resolving utility issues, liaising with energy suppliers to clear debts to enable void works to commence.
Pay rate is £14.60 per hour PAYE or £19 Umbrella
