Adecco UK are sourcing for a Payments Administrator within a Finance Operations client of ours. The Payments team are a shared service who provide transactional services for our clients businesses in the UK, Ireland and Investors.

Location: Norwich

Working: Hybrid

Hours: Mon – Fri, 9 – 5

Contract: 6 months (possibility for extension)

Rate: Competitive

The role will be required to support a number of transactions including:

– Banking and allocating cheques received from customer and third parties.

– Dealing with email queries from internal stakeholders and banking partners.

– Processing external payment using a number of bank systems

The role will require interaction with teams in UK, Ireland and India.

Key skills

– Data entry accuracy

– Use of MS Office applications (particularly MS Team and MS Outlook)

Office based skills – IT and Administrative, attention to detail – Payments experience desirable but not essential

  • Training will be provided and the successful candidate will work within a small team processing similar transactions.
