A world recognised, international business is looking to recruit an Associate/ Associate Director Sustainability Consultant for their London office. The position is looking for someone with good industry experience delivering BREEAM projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with other elements of sustainability such as Net Zero, Life Cycle Assessments and Embodied Carbon. Their team is already established within these areas, so you will gain real exposure within these types of projects, which will benefit your career in the long term. Training and development will certainly be available as they are a big believer of career progression and individual growth.

The team in their London office is currently made up of 25 people, working on a mix of large-scale public and private sector projects.

This role will involve managing BREEAM assessments from feasibility stage through to project completion, writing pre-assessment and progress reports, and managing resources, deliverables and budgets on projects. It will also involve client facing responsibilities such as providing advice to clients/ design teams on the most cost-effective and beneficial route to BREEAM compliance and mentoring responsibilities for more junior members.

Ideally you will be a qualified BREEAM assessor (preferably BREEAM AP) and have 3-5 years experience working within a similar role. You should also be comfortable with and have experience in leading both workshops and client meetings.

Despite being based out of the London office, they would consider individuals from around the UK, as long as they’re willing/ able to travel into London 2 or 3 days each week.
