Advanced Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Associate/ Paramedic Practitioner

An exciting new post has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Associate/ Paramedic Practitioner to become part of our friendly multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist our clinical team in caring for our 11,500 patients. We have 5 GP Partners, 4.5 FTE. We also have 2 highly experienced ANPs, Treatment Room Nurses, Phlebotomists, District Nursing and Health Visiting Staff attached and an in house Primary Care Mental Health Nurse, who all work alongside our excellent Admin Team. We use EMIS and Docman software.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced ANP/ PA/ PP from a General Practice background, or perhaps from a different healthcare role looking for a new challenge in Primary Care. The role would involve providing support to the GPs in telephone triage, prescribing and clinical assessment. As an experienced autonomous practitioner you will be able to undertake a high level of clinical assessment in order to address undifferentiated illness, ailments and injury and have experience of long term conditions management, with the full support of the GPs and staff.

Hours are negotiable between 6 – 10 sessions per week with no out of hours requirement. Salary ; highly competitive – dependent on current salary and experience We would welcome any enquiries or requests to visit.
