ABOUT THE ROLE (Breakfast Chef)
Pan Pacific London is looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our Straits Kitchen Restaurant. You will be organising kitchen operations, preparing and serving a range of dishes whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade. The excellent teamwork, communication and leadership skills will support the kitchen team and assist in the smooth operation of the Straits Kitchen Restaurant. The successful Breakfast Chef candidate will promote the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
