The Role As a Benefit Coordinator, you are responsible for health and wellness program operations, day-to-day benefit administration, and employee education at Palantir. You are outcome-oriented, and pursue solutions in a thoughtful, iterative, and empathetic way. You have a keen eye for detail and critical thinking, a focus on accuracy, and excellent customer service skills. You are someone who is motivated by helping employees through onboarding, educating new hires about our benefits, managing vendors to ensure the services they provide are high quality, and consistently improving processes that remove friction and enhance the employee experience. Core Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact and ongoing resource for employees for all EMEA benefits queries.
  • Support day-to-day benefits administration.
  • Liaising with insurance and pension providers on behalf of employees and the company.
  • Assisting with payroll reporting and queries.
  • Overseeing the employee wellness programs in the UK.
  • Hosts benefits fairs and benefits office wide events.
  • Works closely with cross functional teams such as Mobility, Finance and Payroll.
  • Supports UK Annual Enrolment and benefit renewals.

  • *Preferred*

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant field strongly preferred.
  • Prior work experience in human resources with benefits experience.
  • HRIS/Benefit administration experience in WorkDay.
  • Vendor management experience.
