Adecco are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join the KIND Snacks team.

KIND is the healthy snack brand for a Major FMCG Company. The contractor will need excellent stakeholder management skills. There is the expectation to work autonomously too.

This role is hybrid as it has a performance marketing element as well as working closely on ecommerce activation.

Desired experience includes: working with ecommerce marketing, performance marketing, search marketing, experience working with Amazon is highly advantageous as this is a large part of the role (30%/40%).

This role is to look after activities within the EMEA of which the priority markets are: UK, Germany, Nordics. They will also work with some of the other regional markets too, Middle East etc.

The candidate is welcome to work from the Farringdon (London) office but they’re free to work remotely.

What you’ll do

With the lines well and truly blurred between in store and online consumer behaviour, creating winning omni-channel brand experiences is fundamental to our ambition of becoming the number 3 snack brand across EMEA. The Digital Activation Lead will drive our digital and consumer experience strategy across the region with a core focus on digital content, experience, commerce (digital shelf) and analytics.

This role will be responsible for delivering and executing the Digital and Consumer Experience Strategy for the EMEA region. Partnering with our strategic markets to drive best in class implementation:

� Evolve the Perfect Digital Store (PDS) approach for strategic markets to ensure they are available, seen and selected to drive sales: Ensure content is best optimised for all retailer platforms and meets the needs of local market consumers.

� Partner with Clients Centre of Acceleration (COA) to share best practice and find synergies for parallel programmes in order to drive efficiencies,

� Own Digital activation strategy and refine the digital playbook to ensure markets have guidance on how to implement key consumer experience strategies including: PDS, search, content and measurement.

� Define the best-in-class digital shelf analytics program across EMEA

� Support regional marketing projects to ensure best in class omnichannel brand experiences e.g. product & brand redesigns

� Own relationship with agency partners – briefing, providing assets, feeding back and approving content

� Work closely with retailer partners such as Amazon and agencies to deliver optimal marketing and retail strategies to drive growth across the region.

� Partner with key strategic markets ie UK & Germany to implement, test and learn initiatives. Including support on customer activation campaigns and digital shelf monitoring tests. Responsible for digital integration into wider KIND brand marketing plans to ensure a joined-up experience for the consumer.

� Partner with D2C lead in UK to align on long term strategy and leverage insights for the region

� Lead content publishing approach leveraging our digital products such as our website to create compelling content which responds to consumer needs and drives conversion.
