Our prestigious client based in York have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to work in their York office (with the ability to work from home 2 days a week).

You will be working with the Sales & Marketing team and the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director (DSD) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) to:
* Support the delivery of key business performance targets in order to meet wider business objectives
* Support Divisional Sales and Marketing Director and Area Sales Managers with any duties relating to the coordination of the internal divisional sales team – including (but not exclusive to) recruitment, sales complex set up, reporting, event coordination, general secretarial tasks

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the ASMs to plan and co-ordinate the allocation of staff resources across the region ensuring that the right staff and staffing numbers are in place at all times
* Process purchase orders and invoices for the sales department. Reconciling invoices against purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and accounts team if any discrepancies.
* Record Sickness and Annual Leave based on ASM/DSD information
* Management of Sales staff uniforms
* Ensuring all new starters are set up on system and allocated correct IT equipment
* Organise and manage process for Peoplesafe for divisional sales team
* Assist the training team where information required.
* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for the DSMD and ASMs as and when required
* Attend launch events if required
* Coordinate and help organise any meetings and regional events when required
* Sales Office set up (including organising stationary etc., in line with site set up pack)
* Create diaries for new developments on Reservio
* Raising purchase orders for removals
* Assist the DSD and ASMs with the collation and processing of sales commission and bonus payments
* Process Recommend a Friend applications
* Manage Homeowner Guides – ensure they have been processed in time for first occupations
* Ongoing support with organising accommodation for DSD, ASMs and Sales teams when required
* Assist DSD with diary management and expenses
* Taking minutes at meetings when required
* Ad-hoc administrative help as and when requested by DSD and ASMs.
* Assisting the Marketing team with arranging events, making orders etc.
* Liaising with the Marketing Team and officially naming and numbering new developments with the relevant council.
* Ensuring Sales Teams are kept updated on Salesforce.
* Involvement within the Sales Release process including creating the Pricing Matrix and uploading all properties and parking spaces to Salesforce at the right time.
* Keeping the development page updated with the correct information.
* Order all welcome hampers, flowers, Christmas trees, new homeowner packs for developments.
* World Pay – Co-ordinate payments, new starters set up, refunds, admin.
* Creating, printing and producing the Residents Information Packs for all new developments.
* Administration for Reservio, new starters, changes etc.
* Salesforce administration to include – Merging. Setting up the development page (all information including pricing). Manage the movements of sales teams. Changes and updates daily.
* Processing BACS and ‘one-off’ payments.
* Produce and maintain complex rotas for all staff.
* Sort all items returned from old sales offices, including scanning of all paperwork.

Education & Qualifications
* GSCE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Ideally a qualification in Business Administration (or similar) or working towards
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
* Ideally previous resource planning, administration and coordination experience preferably gained in a similar environment
* Sound Microsoft Office and database administration skills
* Able to work under pressure, flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and keep a clear mind
* Strong time management and planning skills
* Tenacious and results driven with strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
* Ability to use own initiative and think outside the box
