Responsibilities

:

  • Devise and implement a People Agenda that enables and facilitates success within a high growth environment
  • Spearhead a culture of reflection and improvement, always looking ahead
  • Work closely with the talent team and other relevant departments to ensure onboarding procedures and inductions are flawless
  • Regularly review policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect company culture across all entities
  • Partner with rewards and finance teams to support EVP
  • Develop and drive strategic projects, collaborating with relevant departments to improve diversity and inclusion and overall employee experience
  • Contribute and work alongside management peers in making key business decisions that will shape the people agenda and function
  •  Key Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience working at a HR Business Partner level
  • Must be fluent in either French or German
  • Confidence in fully supporting and educating the senior leadership team with all People, Culture and Development matters
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to communicate well, both written and verbal across all levels of the business
  • Ability to make data driven decisions
