I am looking for an experienced Building Surveyor for my client in Chester.
You will ideally have insurance repair project experience and working knowledge of consulting engineering, surveying, architectural & planning practices and procedures supported by an awareness of the latest statutory requirements and technical publications.
You MUST be degree qualified and understanding of CDM Regs 2015, Party Wall and Building Regulation legislation is essential.
This is a full time position that also has flexible working from home options.
