Carefirst Training Academy will provide you with induction/refresher training you will be provided with the skill set, and the knowledge to succeed in your role here at Carefirst Care Services. Our training is blended to include practical, face to face and E-Learning.
The role:
You will be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents and service users.
You will assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
You will be encouraging independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
