Main Duties
Leading a team of Dispatch Operatives to achieve required KPI’s.
Coaching, development and training of existing staff and new starters.
Liaising with different departments to ensure timely objectives are met
Ensuring all Dispatch paperwork is produced and accurate
Hands on operations and leading by example.
Interested candidates should be numerate, have excellent communication skills, have experience in warehousing and be keen to undertake all training and development offered.
