Robert Half Talent Solutions are working very closely with a large client of ours as they look to appoint a Sales Order Processing Manager to join their successful team to continue their high level of work. The client has been in a position of strength for several years and continue to grow and acquire additional businesses to build their portfolio. This role is based in Leicester and is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire / Loughborough / Tamworth / Hinckley and Nuneaton.

The client has annual sales of over £2 billion as they globally dominate their industry. They have a profound name for themselves and respectively have their technology based in everyday household products all the way up to commercial products.

As Sales Order Process Manager, you will firstly be responsible for managing a team both onsite and remotely. As the client has sites across the globe, it is important for the successful candidate to be able to liaise and effectively communicate to team members based in other regions around the globe. The Sales Order Process Manager will also be involved in supporting the order entries, intercompany transactions and credit control for the team. You will manage and delegate tasks accordingly to align with effective and efficient execution. In addition, you will have an eye for ways to improve as the client seeks to improve their processes. Working closely with process improvement is one of many ways the client seeks to better their internal processes.

To be successful as the Sales Order Process Manager, you will need to have managed a substantial team and be an effective leader. Managing people can be a challenge, so identifying ways that can support the development of individuals is key for this role. Further to this, you will need to have good understanding and experience with Sales Order Processing, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and understanding of Imports / Exports.

The package on offer is a salary of £25,000 to £35,000, depending on experience plus an array of company benefits such as enhanced pension and 25 days holiday, plus stat.
