Combining customer service excellence with the highest possible levels of quality, detail and diligence, you will be responsible for undertaking third party audits across Quality, Environment and Health & Safety at large corporate clients across the UK.

We currently operate via remote and onsite audits and whilst there will be travel with the role, we try to limit excessive travel to a minimum so you can operate within your region. To help you get on top of things we also give our Auditors an administration day each week.

We offer a competitive salary between £40 – 50,000 depending on qualification and experience, 25 days holidays per year with the option to buy additional days, plus benefits such as private health cover, contribute pension scheme, long term service reward, company car or car allowance.

Responsibilities Include

  • Undertake third party audits (at the client site, blended or fully remote) across core standards of Quality, Environment and Health & Safety (ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001) in accordance with internal and external requirements. Auditor qualification in ISO27001 is also desirable.
  • Lead the site audit team as required.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality and delivery of all audit reports and additional materials in line with agreed timescales
  • Work closely with the scheduling team internally and communicate any constraints.
  • Support the technical review of files, providing answers to all queries when required.
  • Deliver customer excellence, ensuring that all client enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Identify commercial opportunities for growth.
  • Combining technical know-how with customer excellence:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Successfully completed the Lead Auditor courses in the latest version of the standards. (9001, 14001 and 45001).
  • Qualification in Global Wind Organization (GWO), SSIP, Sustainability standards are highly desirable.
  • Have at least between 4-5 years of industry sector experience.
  • Broad experience of carrying out either third-party or second-party audits.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining effective client relationships
  • Full and valid UK driving license essential.
