We are looking for a dynamic and independent professional with solid care experience and a flexible, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to join the Norwich Team as a Field Care Supervisor on an adhoc hours basis to meet the needs of this busy branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager the Field Care Supervisor is to work under the direction of the Field Care Manager and Branch Manager, implement systems to ensure that a domiciliary care service is delivered meeting and exceeding legislative standards, and in accordance with company equal opportunities and health & safety policy.
This position is:
Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility to meet needs of the business and 1 Saturday a month with day off in the week.
The success of this role will be measured by:
