Recruitment Administrator

Location: Leicester

Job Type: Temporary

Duration of booking: Expected to last till end of August 2022

Proposed start date: ASAP

Base: Working from Home

Band: 3

Pay Rates: £10.69 per hour paye inclusive

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Remote working option: Fully Remote Role

Travelling for work purposes: Not Required

Job Summary and Details

  • Working in a fast paced environment to help with the recruitment for the trust. Position will involve help out with all areas of the recruitment process and often being the first port of call for any queries for onboarding staff.
  • Ideally someone who is from a recruitment/HR setting. If not, then some admin experience.
  • Needs to have good attention to detail.
  • Be able to deal with daily tasks changing. Able to work at speed to deal with high volume of work.
  • Need to have experience of working with computers and various systems – need to be able to learn systems quickly.
  • Be able to ensure the correct compliance is in place for each new starter and help them through to starting with the trust
