Responsibilities

Inventory:

  • Maintain stockroom in an efficient, clean, secure, organized and accessible fashion
  • Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed, re-ticketed, sensored and re-sensored
  • Effectively execute all markdowns as per policy and procedure
  • Ensure all stock discrepancies are reported and resolved immediately
  • Properly execute all paperwork and procedures relative to inventory control
  • Effectively participate in the preparation and completion of all inventories
  • Participate in the maintenance of stock levels on the selling floor
  • Customer Service:

  • Assist sales staff in retrieving merchandise from stock areas
  • Ensure highest standards in the wrapping and packaging of client merchandise
  • Coordinate all aspects of the client delivery process (i.e. fed ex, messenger) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in the maintenance of all visual and merchandising standards and directives
  • Operations:

  • Collaborate with and support the Loss Prevention department in all areas of risk management physical security, store controls, inventory management, inter-store communication and LP audits and procedures
  • Support the visual, merchandising and operations of the store in regards to the movement of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc.
  • Maintain and request all supplies necessary for department
  • Human Resources:

  • Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times
  • Participate in staff meetings, training and seminars
