Robert Half is working with a business in Warwickshire to recruit a new Financial Accountant to their team. This role would suit a Qualified Accountant with strong reporting skills who is looking to work in a stable c£50m turnover business. The business is open to discuss hybrid working, and part-time working patterns.

The financial accountant will have a broad range of responsibilities that cover both financial and management accounting. You will take the lead and financial reporting, and lead on the organisations audit processes. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Budgeting
  • Accounts preparations
  • Analysis of cost and revenue
  • Month-end close
  • Financial modelling

The right person for this role will be a Qualified Accountant with exceptional technical finance skills. You will ideally have had experience in a similar size organisation and be looking for a role that allows you to take ownership of the financial accounting for a business. Management opportunities are also available for the right candidate.
