Fund Administrator – Remote

Robert Half are urgently recruiting a team of Fund Administrators to work with on a high-profile Financial Services Transformation programme.

You will have good knowledge of Fund Manager / Asset Manager operations and associated transfer agencies.

Role responsibilities

  • Closing of accounts from terminated clients.
  • Account Opening / Account Transfers
  • Build relationships with 3rd parties – transfer agents or fund managers
  • Deal with operational corrective actions and reporting requirements
  • Stock transfers
  • Reconciliation

Required skills / background

  • Experience of UK Fund manager operations and their transfer agencies
  • 3+ years financial services experience
  • Operational admin
  • Data Transfer
  • Asset Management and/or Fund Management background.
