  • The role

    My Client is looking to recruit a Second Line Support Engineer to be the escalation point for any First Line issues and fixing faults by email or telephone for their specialist Law Firm in Preston.

    This will involve providing assisting to help with any faults or logging with a third party for support to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

    Requirements

  • Knowledge of Mac systems, Windows 10 & Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Experience with security practices.
  • Networking & firewalls
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organisational and interpersonal skills
  • VOIP telephony solutions
  • Customer facing IT support experience
