Are you a Test Lead looking to join a forward thinking and ambitious team?

A motor finance company is looking for a talented Test Lead to take control of their Testing strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will be contributing to the Tech Strategy, delivering strategic goals
  • Day-to-day management of our Test Engineers
  • Taking overall ownership of the software test strategy, both automated and manual
  • Overseeing the testing and quality of all software, ensuring best practise within quality assurance.

    • Technical Skills we’re looking for:

  • Strong in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in creating and enhancing test strategies along with excellent knowledge of test tooling including but not limited to TestRail and LoadRunner
  • Excellent knowledge in test analysis, preparation, and execution throughout the test cycle, with experience in a wide variety of testing techniques
  • Experience of functional testing (web, mobile and desktop applications)
  • Excellent knowledge of API testing (i.e. ReadyAPI, Postman) along with integrating tests in CI/CD pipeline
  • Knowledge of SQL, BDD / ATDD, Azure DevOps
  • Experience working within an agile delivery methodology.

  • That you are able to collaborate exceptionally well in a team environment, building working relationships with both the technical team and business stakeholders

    • Working Hours:

    This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours a week.

    There is a degree of flexibility on how you work these hours. As long as your working day is inclusive of our core hours (from 10:00-15:00) you can work however you like around that!
