An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the Mental Health Directorates’ Governance Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking a person with significant experience, skills and high level of attention to detail to take on the position of Interim Quality & Clinical Standards Facilitator. As the post holder you will be required to support the delivery of robust quality and governance systems within the Mental Health Directorates. This will include supporting the management of safety metrics, clinical effectiveness and clinical audit priorities within the Mental Health Directorates. You will also be supporting systems which facilitate the clear management of learning from incidents.

The post holder will be a key link and interface between the wider Directorate and the Corporate Governance teams supporting compliance with the Trust policies including clinical audit, best practice for NICE, Incidents and other quality improvement projects.

You will also support the Mental Health Directorates’ Governance Team in providing guidance to staff on internal processes and clinical audit practice to individuals or groups and assist in developmental events to promote quality patient care.
