We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated, full time Administrator to provide administrative support for the Primary Care Mental Health Service at The Oaktree Centre, Huntingdon.

Main duties of the job

This role at The Oaktree Centre involves; data inputting of patient information, face to face and telephone contact with patients and the clinical staff, scanning documentation, photocopying, emails , and providing general administration duties to support the clinic and team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under time restraints and pressure at times. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team. We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role.

We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust. If you meet the eligibility criteria there will be the opportunity to complete a Level 2, 3 or 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Business and Administration. As part of the apprenticeship you will achieve a national recognised qualification and gain experience in administration in a health care setting.
