This is a unique and varied opportunity which is perfect if you are (or have been) a hands-on IT professional who wants to step away from the technical coalface.

Or, you may be in a Service Delivery role where you deal with incident, problem and change management on a daily basis and want to apply your skills within a diverse environment.

You’ll be joining a tech company who continue to grow at an exponential rate. You’ll be leading analysis and providing solutions to IT incidents arising because of changes in industry regulations.

Your IT background (which may be 3rd Line support level) within networking, Servers and systems will give you great credibility and ensure you understand the complex nature of the systems on which you’re advising.

You’ll be working with senior stakeholders to deliver their projects within a compliant framework. You’ll facilitate audits with multiple areas of the business – not just IT – including Tax, HR and Operations.

You don’t need to be an expert in industry regulations or laws, but you’ll know who to speak to, where to look for the information, and get it delivered! This is where the Service Delivery element comes in.
