Aspris are looking to recruit Support Workers to join their education and childrens services based in services around SO43.

 

As a support worker you will be dedicated to ensuring children, young person’s and adults are safe and healthy you will support them to make a positive contribution and realise their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic well being. 

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the well-being and behaviour of Learners and Young People ensuring any significant behavioural or physical occurrences are promptly addressed and reported
  • You will assist senior staff with the compilation of care and learning plans
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of individual programmes
  • Support, encourage and assist with elements of personal hygiene
  • To complete QCF level 3
