Job Title: Customer service administrator

Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Our very well established client in Wellington are currently looking for a Customer service administrator on a permanent basis.

Customer Service

  • A voice for the patient, ensuring that we make positive interactions with our customers and leaving them feeling satisfied.
  • Building relationships with our clinics to ensure we process their patients orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Entering patient information and creating orders with precision and speed.

Requirements:

  • Reliable & Accurate
  • Good working attitude
  • Able to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Flexible in their approach to work
  • Someone who is willing
  • Someone who has attention to detail and has empathy speaking with clients
  • Self motivated & keen to learn
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Organisation skills
