Talent Acquisition Specialist- Fee earners (Remote)

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting the Irish office, of this progressive Law Firm with a truely international reach (HQ in the Cayman Islands), to hire a detail oriented and ambitious Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist.

This will be working remotely, with fairly frquent travel to Dublin, but also you can work as much or as little as you like from the London office with the wider TA team! Equally, if you’d like to relocate to Ireland (office in Dublin) they can most certainly accommodate this.

This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead in London, and of works closely with the Dublin HR Function to cultivate relationships with key business stakeholders and recruitment partners. The team is well integrated within the business (circa 250 in Ireland) and it will be this persons job to work closely with the Partners and business leaders to find, and retain the best legal talent.

The TA Specialist responsibilities will include connecting with potential candidates, screening application and supporting hiring managers/partners whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key areas of responsibility are:

  • Create and publish job adverts on relevant platforms
  • Managing responses to job adverts
  • Source qualified candidates through a blend of direct methods and key recruitment agency contacts or any other sourcing channels as appropriate.
  • Managing 3rd party relationships and preferred suppliers
  • Regular reporting of recruitment status, tracking metrics such as time to hire, time to fill and source of hire
  • Build talent pipelines and develop creative recruitment solutions
  • Create recruitment campaigns using social media
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects as required
  • Attend and conduct interviews as well as training and guiding hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practice.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining an awareness of market conditions, trends and challenges.
  • Guide and advise hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • What they are looking for:

  • At least three years’ experience in a recruitment role, strong preference with knowledge of the legal industry
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites to include LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with applicant or candidate management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
