The role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills and teamwork as you will be liaising with the warehouse, a number of stores, manufacturers, couriers and customers throughout the day.

Being the first point of contact for post-sales support for customers, key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries via telephone, email and social media
  • Dealing with customer messages, queries and complaints
  • Investigating delivery queries
  • Liaising with manufacturers, couriers and stores
  • Handling customer complaints thoroughly and effectively
  • Actioning return requests from customers
  • Issuing replacement product or refund as per customer request
  • This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:30pm
