An exciting opportunity has become available in the Aylesbury Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to join the team as a part-time (0.6WTE) Performance & Administration Manager (Band 5) to job-share with the existing experienced person in this role. The post-holder will be required to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 09:00-17:00, to ensure adequate cover for the role. 

The Aylesbury CMHT is a large multidisciplinary team, and our excellent, hard-working administrators are an integral part of this friendly and welcoming team.

The role of the Performance & Administration Manager is varied in that it involves both the management of the administration team and the management of data. 

The successful applicant will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an understanding of data, data analysis and the ability to utilise and share that data in order to inform practice and service development.

Experience of managing and supporting staff is also essential for this role.
