Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Reports to: Sales / Customer Service Office Manager

Purpose of job:

To action, process and administer all aspects of High Street and Multiple accounts Procedures.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Prioritise and accurately input Orders / Replacements and Spare Parts which are received via Telephone, E-mail, EDI, fax and post, inline with the customer service procedures manual.
  • Answer enquires from all internal and external customers via telephone, e-mail, letter and fax and post.
  • Advise and confirm customer deliveries through our booking in procedure.
  • Control, investigate and action credits / overcharges relating to designated area
  • Key Relationships:

    Internal Sales, Production Control, Distribution, Accounts, Marketing,

    External Designated RSM, Sales Managers and Directors, Independent Storeowners / Buyers, Multiple Branches, Warehouse Managers, Consumers.
