Digital Account Manager in Native Advertising

Role Purpose

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our small and experienced team, working to educate and support all core agency teams on Contextual Intelligence, native advertising, and content distribution, and evangelising this space.

Working alongside media investment colleagues you will be providing and an end-to-end full service which is aimed at managing the existing agency accounts/campaign bookings.

This includes responding to briefs, actioning all account/campaign requests, monitoring campaign performance, providing recommendations for upselling/upweighted budgets & analysing campaign reports.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the growth of Dentsu products by utilising Contextual Intelligence and collaborating with DDL Client Partners and using Plansmart insights to secure more budgets
  • Develop strong relationships with Native media partners
  • Firm overview of Native Media partner offerings to help shape responses to briefs/strategy
  • Have a thorough understanding of all programmatic products and offerings including Contextual Intelligence and Attention
  • Ownership of answering all client briefs to secure campaign bookings
  • Understanding client KPI’s, objectives and strategies to give recommendations on past/current/future activity and plans
  • Confident presenting skills and able to present the programmatic offerings to clients/agency colleagues
  • Liaising with relevant internal teams including design, development, and ops teams
  • Liaising closely with Studios to create the perfect creative execution for native distribution
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising desirable
