Wakefield Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative individual to join its Organisational Development Team.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of Organisational Development to contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy, Workforce Equality Diversity and Inclusion plans. 

This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes working at pace to be part of a team driving transformation and change, contributing to projects and initiatives to deliver Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity, inclusion and Workforce Development. Having recently refreshed our employee survey and put in place a solid foundation for employee engagement we are seeking someone who is passionate about making a real difference who can change plans into actions and be an instrumental part of the delivery of Organisational Development and engagement programmes to drive cultural and wider transformational change as we continue to evolve new ways of working.
