We are looking for pro-active and enthusiastic individuals to join CISI this Summer!

We are offering opportunities to join us for a summer internship for up to 13 weeks during the period June to September 2022, based in the City of London.

You will be based at our City of London office, located in the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building at 20 Fenchurch Street, within easy walking distance of several mainline railway stations and close to Bank and Monument underground stations.

Salary: £340 per week

Hours of Work: 28 hours a week, Monday to Thursday

We have opportunities in the following departments:

Customer Support:

This is a client facing opportunity, working in the customer support team dealing with queries from candidates, members, training providers and firms concerning exam bookings, general and membership queries.

Professional Standards:

A data focussed opportunity, where you will be archiving historic disciplinary cases. To ensure that we are meeting data protection requirements, these cases need to be assessed, summarised, and a minimum level of information kept.

HR:

In this role you will be helping the HR team with recruitment, including filtering CVs and arranging interviews. You will also be helping with the redesign of our HR policies section on the company intranet and involved in data cleansing exercises.

To be successful you will have:

  • A minimum of three A Levels (or equivalent)
  • A degree, or currently attending University
  • Excellent MS Office skills including excel
  • A positive, pro-active and enthusiastic individual 
  • Excellent communication skills including good written English and the ability to communicate effectively on the tele or in person

Training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills and you will be working with a team of friendly people.
