Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE) but may be negotiated for the right candidate + Commission and other Company Benefits
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our highly accredited and framework approved Healthcare clients in Hull. You will join the business as a 180 Recruitment Consultant.
The successful candidate must be very proactive and have the desire to grow into a people leadership role and further enhance their career within a dynamic and successful company.
Recruitment experience is desired but not essential.
The Role
Developing multiple relationships within new and existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities and to ensure we’re building strong and lasting relationships
Using our company CRM and social media to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential new clients and candidates
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including CV database searching, interrogating the company database, screening, interviews, short-listing candidates and managing placements
Making sure all existing candidate availability is always updated
Taking the process from sourcing candidate through to selection and ensuring that every candidate file meets compliance requirements prior to being made available to be placed
Look to continually strengthen candidate data base in line with business requirements
Part of the out of hours on-call rota
About You
Ideally you will have previous experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant, growing, and developing a temporary staffing desk, ideally within the Healthcare sector, but not essential
Recruitment is all about people so the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships is something you’ll be passionate about.
Every day is different, and you’ll be responsible for your own desk, so you’ll need to have high level of drive and resilience as well as the ability to adapt.
