Amazing opportunity for an Associate Director (QS) to become an integral leader within the ‘Consultancy of the Year ‘ in the Cambridge office and work across education, residential and commercial property.
About the Role
You could be part of an International consultancy, pronounced Consultancy of the Year with a turnover in excess of £ million. From giant petrochemical plants to the world’s tallest hotel in Dubai, and from London’s Heathrow Airport to the Freedom Tower in New York they’ve been responsible for numerous award-winning successful projects. Flexible and remote working is a central part of my client’s culture who very much encourage the hybrid model.
As an Associate Director you will lead team of 18 Quantity Surveyors in the commercial property team in the Cambridge office (3 days a week), working on projects ranging from £1m-£m, particularly on higher and further education projects and community schemes.
About You
The successful candidate will be MRICS or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in preparing estimates, tender and contract documentation in the commercial sector. You will be a driven individual keen to lead from the front who enjoys taking your own initiative to make decisions, manage project commercial teams and support and mentor colleagues.
