Working on the government s RESTART programme, this role is to support the Supplier Relationship Manager to enable Suppliers to achieve contractual performance targets. Through a combination of onsite support with Suppliers and data analysis, the Performance Officer will work with Suppliers to maximise outcomes claimed, and to ensure claims are made in a timely manner, driving overall performance improvement across all contracts.
This role is offered with a company car.
Support Suppliers to achieve KPIs through daily site visits and monitoring of agreed actions, where necessary directing supplier staff activity to ensure that all actions are followed up and completed to the agreed timeframes
Identify any breakdown in process or areas that require process improvement relating to performance and work with suppliers to create and implement process changes
Identify any training needs and work with the HR & Learning and Development Manager and Supplier Relationship Manager to design and deliver a solution
Share best practice across all Suppliers, via participation in best practice sessions
Provide daily progress updates to Supplier Relationship Manager
Maintain a good understanding of KPI performance at contract level, and how individual supplier performance contributes to this
Feed into and participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews
Must be physically in the region for 80% of the role.
Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience in building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners.
The ability to analyse and use data to support achievement of goals.
Proven ability to identify trends and amend goals accordingly.
IT Literate.
The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
