As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving queries and complaints to the highest standards and providing exceptional customer service; using the principles of empathy, ownership and action to deliver customer interactions to the highest standard.

The role will include:

� investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints

� Handling a high volume of inbound call traffic

� Responding to enquiries and complaints through email

� Using IT systems to log and track information

What we need from you

– Proven experience in a customer facing role, either face-to-face or phone based

– Ability to stay calm under pressure

– Great communication skills on the phone and in writing

– A good level of IT ability and confident in learning new systems

– A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

– A thorough approach with strong attention to detail.

The Details:

– Salary of £

– 37.5 hour work week, covering a 7 day rota Mon- Fri between – weekends –

– Working % from the office
