I am currently recruiting for a Regional FM Director to head up a team of BM’s and FM’s in London, where you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering an exceptional FM service delivery to a host of corporate tenants.

My client, a leading Managing Agent, is currently looking for a Regional FM Director to add to their team due to huge growth and a number of prestigious contract wins.

  • Providing a template for yourself and your team to deliver a world class FM service across the portfolio of buildings in Central London.
  • Management of a team of Building Managers and Facilities Managers
  • Working closely with internal and external sustainability teams to lead a best in class ESG offering
  • Oversight and management of service charge budgets
  • Management of hard and soft service contractors across portfolio
  • Management of permit to work system
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiers
  • Liaison with service desk and Associate Director to ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and accurately
  • Qualifications:

  • MBIFM – Member Of BIFM
  • IOSH/ Nebosh Qualified
