I am looking to speak to individuals who have experience in a sales environment and are looking for their next challenging sales role. I am working closely with a client who are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate is someone who has background experience in sales and are looking for a new and exciting role within a forward-thinking company. The ideal candidate will present negotiation skills and excels in business development. An interest in technology and creativity would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets
* Manage the end-to-end sales process through lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation.
* Accurately forecast and deliver revenue to set deadlines.
* Engage with prospects to position solutions through strategic, consultative, and value-based selling.
* Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement through a combination of campaigns, inbound strategies and market sector knowledge / intelligence.
* Design outreach campaigns and execute them.
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts
* Awareness of new products and competition status.
* Understand customer needs and partner with the design team to provide valuable feedback.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking
* Work with total autonomy and create KPIs and sales targets

Skills:
* Experience of working with networks to create and close contracts.
* Able to apply consultative sales experience
* A team player who can work collectively and remotely
* Ability to efficient and take ownership of results.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for progression and can strategise. This role is fully WFH or flexible remote working. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. Salary is £25k-£35k depending on experience.
