What you’ll be doing:

This is an exciting position to join our friendly team as a Administrator in our Learning and Quality Team .

You will provide administrative support within the Quality Team to enable efficient services which promote good customer service and effective working relationships with both internal and external clients

As part of the Quality Team to assist in providing high quality and comprehensive administrative support at all times, providing a positive and efficient service for both internal and external stakeholders. You will use a variety of software packages, including Moodle Workspace, to carry out routine and scheduled activities to support the department. We aim to deliver a customer focused

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain accurate recording, monitoring and reporting records of training programmes delivered by the Fire Service College using a variety of software packages, including Moodle Workspace.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of information required to meet needs of programmes to enable successful certification/completion by candidates.
  • Assist with developing course materials to be used within Moodle Workspace and support both tutors and candidates in using this LMS.
  • Assist with maintaining policy and process documentation to ensure compliance with external awarding and audit organisations.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to our delegates and business customers to ensure their needs are met throughout the learning journey.
  • Support internal customers to enable the Quality Transformation Strategy to be delivered.
  • To provide support to the Quality Team and Training Quality Manager as required in undertaking their duties and responsibilities, effectively supporting the management and organisation of the Fire Service College which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
