We’re excited to be recruiting for one of Britain’s leading manufacturers of pig and poultry feeds. They now have a Production Team Leader opportunity based at one of their key sites in Enstone who will be responsible for leading their team on a daily basis to safely achieve targets in a challenging ambient manufacturing environment. If successful the new recruit will be working in the compound animal feed Mill.
About the role:
We are the UK’s leading manufacturer of pig and poultry compound feed, and we know that by working closely with our customers, we utilise the science behind nutrition and turn it into practical solutions that enable their businesses to grow.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll take responsibility for the process flow from raw material intake to out loading (incorporating process control and ancillary equipment) to manufacture heat treated and non heat treated animal feed in compound and meal forms to strict hygiene, quality and segregation standards making all necessary quality control checks and plant adjustments to achieve the required standards.
Ideally, you hold a forklift truck licence and hold basic excel skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental best practice would strongly support your application.
