About our role


The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately positioned with our investors and other key external stakeholders. They will be responsible for investor relations activity, fundraising and some high level due diligence. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to carefully manage relationships.

What you will be doing


    As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining and building relationships with our investors

    • Producing collateral for investors and the Board

    • Assisting with fundraising including prospecting, managing introducers and leading qualification calls

    • Prospecting & deal flow for BibliU acquisitions & building and managing relationships

    • Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

    • Managing high level due diligence process

    • Ownership over our internal investment platform


What we are looking for


    • You have minimum 2 years of prior experience working in similar role in either venture capital, private equity or a scale up

    • Experience with data analysis, data visualisation, financial modelling, information collection/ preparation and investor event preparation

    • A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to to develop and maintain business relationships

    • You love working in fast-paced environments and you can cope with change and ambiguity
