The role:
The administrator will maintain the security administration process for the site and will assist in the smooth running of the project.
To process security clearance forms and maintain the clearance and induction database. Liaise with trade contractors regarding the security applications and procedures.
Other duties will include:
Order office and site equipment
Travel / hotel bookings
Cover reception when required
Book meeting rooms, produce meeting schedules and order catering
Management of PPE
Logging Goods Received Notes
General organisation and maintenance of office, meeting rooms, IT equipment, logging maintenance/housekeeping issues etc.
Support team community engagement initiatives
Adherence to Skanska policies and procedures
Ad hoc duties as job requires
Key Relationships:
Internal: Construction Team
External: Clients, Trade Contractors, Visitors.
report regularly to Project Director on progress and concerns.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to portray and maintain a professional image on behalf of the company.
Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise workload methodically.
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
