An Accounts Payable Supervisor is required to join a fast growing IT company based near Weybridge as a part of their finance team!! If you are an experienced accounts payable specialist/manager, and you are looking for the next step in your finance career, then this could be the role for you.

My client is looking to add to their finance team and this role will suit a candidate who is hard working, adaptable, and is looking to be part of fantastic company who have a great culture and operate within the technological industry. This role will offer the candidate the opportunity to grow progressively into this role.

Key responsibilities & tasks:

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

Accounts Payable

  • Oversee the centralised Accounts Payable service centre.
  • First point of contact for all Accounts Payable and Purchase Order queries.
  • Review all vendor and employee expenses payment files across all entities.
  • Review monthly credit card journal.
  • Oversee Employee Expenses process including approvals.
  • Supervise 2 team members including work delegation.
  • Review & approve all change of bank details for vendors and employees.
  • Manage AP ageing across all entities.
  • Reconciling and posting payments to bank statement.

Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee Credit Control function for EMEA and APAC entities including coordinating reports sent to local finance employees.
  • Coordinate documentation required in order to invoice UK and Australian customers.

General

  • Ensure prompt and timely payment.
  • Maintain regular and accurate filing system for all paperwork.
  • Assist team during audits.

Salary & Benefits:

This Accounts Payable Supervisor role will be paying up to £40,000 per annum, as well as offer hybrid working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private health care, discretionary bonus with further benefits to still be confirmed.
