You will be working for a Division of a Global Compay as a Service Administrator in a team. You will be supporting both the field engineers and customers. The role will incude:

  • Scheduling work for the Field Service Engineers both planned and unplanned.
  • Ensuring parts are available for the work and the customer is able to receive the work.
  • Assistin with providing of quotes for future work
  • Provide basic product features to assist in fault diagnosis and part selection
  • As an experienced Customer Service/ Service administrator you will be able to communicate at all levels with engineers, customer and internal employees. You will need excellent administration skills including MS Office packages. You will be organised and be able to prioritise a busy work load. Ideally you will have some technical knowledge and this role would suit someone from a Trade Counters background, though not essential.

    The hours are 40 hours per week working from 8.30pm to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch and the benefits include: free parking, 25 days holiday, Christmas closure generally. Discount/Salary sacrifice schemes (Gym, Bike scheme, Dental scheme) and 4.5% pension.
