Job Title: Project Architect – Client Side
Location: Leeds (Hybrid Office / Working from home)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Calibre Search are delighted to be working in Partnership with the Property Development team of one of the Nation’s leading health and fitness organisations. We are currently looking for an experienced Architect to join the team.

Already a leading competitor within the sector, our client has an exciting and ambitious growth plan moving forward, which will include a significant increase in the number of units across the country, as well as taking the chance to diversify the business and enter into new markets within the industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Architect to move away from your “run of the mill” role into a client side role that is challenging, dynamic, varied and ultimately rewarding.

Job Specification

The successful candidate must have evidence of the following:

  • Must be a Qualified Architect with industry recognised certification and credentials.
  • Experienced in delivering multi-site property developments consistently and at scale.
  • Proactive, hands on, adaptable and able to react quickly in a fast moving / ever changing environment.
  • Ideally has a passion for / interest in fitness and leisure.
  • Able to travel to site as required.
