We are seeking a recruitment consultant to work in a fast-paced, blue-collar sector in the facilities management sector. Typical roles would include HVAC, Refrigeration, Multi-skilled and Engineering Maintenance for a wide range of organisations. We are looking for applicants with an excellent work ethic, organised and the ability to work at a pace on multiple roles around the UK in a blue-collar sector.

You will be joining an incredibly successful, stable team who have many years experience in their field with an established candidate and client database. Recruitment Consultants will be responsible for managing their own client base with an emphasis on sales, as well as sourcing suitable applicants as a 360 consultant. You must be comfortable in making outbound calls, managing applicant response, using large data sets and be strategic in your approach.

Both opportunities require the ability to work under pressure and deliver results on multiple vacancies. Whilst recruitment experience is desirable we are also willing to train those who have the ambition to build a successful career in the recruitment industry. We offer a bespoke training programme for experienced consultants and trainees.
