About the Role
An excellent opportunity is now available to join our team as a Planning Administrator in our planning support team where you will effectively support the various Planning Teams who manage all available manpower resources to ensure successful delivery of Ocado groceries on time and within budget. Approximately 50% of the role will be communicating with our hourly paid workforce via web-chat the other half will be various administrative tasks.
There will be the requirement to work regular weekends.
Key Accountabilities:
To maintain accurate time and attendance data for Ocado employees
To generate weekly/daily reports
To communicate with internal customers through online chat
To help maintain our routing schedule to match available drivers
To effectively manage Ocado employee’s holiday entitlements in line with business restrictions
To support daily operational tasks from other Planning Teams
Respond to Contact Centre emails in an efficient, professional manner
