Kennedys’ Commercial division provides strategic and business oriented advice on a wide range of matters. We support our clients across the globe with commercial contracts, data protection, cyber-security, IP/IT, e-commerce, procurement, state aid and competition.

Clients include corporates, banks, small to medium sized enterprises and private individuals.

  • White collar crime proceedings involving allegations of bribery, corruption, fraud and/or money laundering.
  • Required experience

  • Strong academics. LPC or paralegal qualifications (or equivalent) are desirable.
  • Experience of litigation, arbitration and negotiation.
  • Criminal defence experience is desirable.
  • Ability to run own caseload with supervision.
  • Experience of working in a team environment.
  • Strong technical and research skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
